Executive training aboard Unicorn carefully integrates professionally designed development programs with a real-world setting where critical decisions can lead either to success or disaster. At sea, there are no games and nothing is contrived.

Backed up by professional mariners, executives in this environment are provided with experiential lessons in goal setting, team development, strategy and execution, roles and responsibility, leading in a crisis, and personal growth.

Three types of programs are available:

• Chart Your Course™, developed by the international human resource consulting firm, BeamPines, Inc., is a goal-driven program for high potential and senior level women executives. It includes an experiential training session aboard Unicorn en route to a pre-determined destination.
• Executive Team-Mobilization programs can be custom-designed by BeamPines to match your goals and objectives, and conducted by an experienced BeamPines coach. These programs can be as short as a single day or expand into three to four days.
• Bring your own Team-Building program and staff aboard and participate in the sailing experience under the guidance of our professional crew.

Or, come aboard to use Unicorn for business events that would benefit from a special setting, such as strategic planning, executive retention, or a winter cruise to the Bahamas with key customers or friends.
